What happens

In Oymyakon, Yakutia, one of the coldest villages on Earth, it's minus 50 and chimney smoke rises from every house. The kids blow bubbles that freeze into crystal balls in the air, fluffy Yakutian horses with icicle manes trot by, and a white Laika dog plays in the snow.
