What happens

Cabo Polonio, Uruguay, has no streetlights at all, only the lighthouse and a billion stars. Little houses glow with lanterns, the lighthouse beam sweeps over the rocks so a thousand sea lions look up at once, fur seal pups play on the sand, and a whale blows a spout in the moonlight.
